Refund policy

Consultations cancelled on the app up to 24 hours before the appointment start time will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 7 (seven)  working days. An option to request a refund, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, shall be available to the customer for a period of 7 (seven) working days. This can be done by contacting the Embrace support team at support@get-embrace.co. Issuance of a full or partial refund shall be the discretion of the relevant practitioner. All refunds will be subject to a transaction/gateway charge, which will be deducted while processing the refund.
